I combine the finest, freshest and most locally sourced ingredients. Myself and a server then come to your home, cook in your kitchen and prepare a truly unforgettable culinary experience for you and your guests. We then clean up before going.

My culinary journey started at the tender age of 16 when I was first drawn into the world of hospitality working at Ascot, Newbury and then Epsom Racecourses. I was then head chef on the HMS Belfast before eventually becoming the Executive Chef for a leading events company. Events included the Formula One British Grand Prix, Paris Air Show and the Royal International Air Tattoo.
Given the recent global events and the impact that it has had on the catering industry, I have decided to bring my experience, passion and love for cooking together with the launch of chef-2u.com.
